Tui Na

Ti Na ( pronounced Twee Na, literally means pinch and grab) is a healing modality that originated in China over 4000 years ago. During this time, Tui Na was the modality used instead of medicine. Many healing systems such as Swedish Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, and Shiatsu have roots in Tui Na. It consists of over 20 techniques to stimulate the Qi through the entire body, and is a great way to maintain health and vitality.
